Mathieu Robert – Ramdas (yoginame)

YIN YOGA : This softer, more meditative and relaxing practice involves holding poses for a longer time to allow the body to relax and to go deeper to stretch joints & connective tissue and strengthen ligaments. A wonderful compliment to more active asana practices.
Trained in Belgium, Germany and Florida, Ramdas is a certified Sampoorna teacher (500h) and Yin Yoga teacher.
As a professional musician, he discovered yoga in 2010 and he never stopped practicing ever since. Enjoying every transforming and healing part of it, he started teaching in Brussels in 2013. He studied Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley’s senior student and primary teaching assistant Joe Barnett during severals workshops and teacher trainings in Belgium and has been sharing this practice since 2014.
